Time for a treat!!
A good health motto for life is to make sure you eating to live, not living to eat. Moderation in all things is the ultimate system for success! In saying that, I believe it is totally acceptable once in a while to "treat yo self" to a tasty treat! Such as 1..or 2... skip a few 99, 100 cookies!!! No, no, no, that is not right, just one or two a day...till there gone chocolate chip cookies. ;)
Self discipline is self love, and so is not shaming yourself with decisions you make. If it wasn't the best decision, make up for it by putting in the work to make it right! Do not wallow in your self pity and think it will change anything. You can't change the past, so learn from it and change your future!
If you have a dream for your future, don't be afraid to make choices! Even if you don't have every detail planned out, think about it, analyze the pros and cons, then take action. Adapt as you go because the best way to make things happen is start. I personally rationalize that I'll start later, "Monday i'm going to get back to the gym", "Next month i'm not going to eat sugar", "When i'm don't have any homework i'll call that friend and check on how they're doing". There will always be distractions that stand in the way of achieving goals, so don't make excuses and get after it! Start now.
We often wait for a "leader" to walk into our life and give us direction of what to do. Someone to give us the play by play so we don't mess up and eventually get to their level. Its good to find a mentor that can get your journey started in the right direction, but I challenge you to be the leader of your life, the master of your fate, and the captain of your soul. Treat others how you want to be treated, lead by example, live with a vision, live by love. You can do it!
