To the end

The way I see it, when people give criticism there is 5 possible reactions someone could emit; denial, deflection, self-righteousness, irritation, and gratitude. Obviously when criticism is constructive and coming from a place of love it is known as advice, but when the purpose is to degrade its just demolishing to ones’ self-confidence and motive to try again and keep building on the progress they’ve made.
This life has a lot to offer, and I for one want to full send, take it at top speed! I'll often start so many things I honestly end up not being able to balance them all (even though I think I am). This is when I real it in and reality check with asking a few self reflecting questions; 1.Discover who you are. Understand who you really are and to whom you belong. 2: Trust your inner voice, come what may. The spiritual prompting of the Holy Spirit should not fade in time. 3: Have faith to act right away. Follow through on spiritual prompting and don’t delay. 4: Be at peace with Heaven’s timing. Even if challenges arise know that you’re following God’s will and God’s timing. 5: Live well. Live according to your personal standards and honor your promises with God.
Full of great ideas and not scared to commit to investing in the company, get it going before someone else has the same idea, i thought I was ready to open my company tomorrow! However, in conclusion of my entrepreneurial class I discovered I have a lot of large decisions to make; need to spend more time on accounting and financial matters, the possibility of bringing in either a salesperson or hiring a sales broker to increase product sales at the retail level, maybe invest in an online marketing campaign on Google to increase her wedding invitation business, pursue the connection she had with a national chain of stores, or she could hire a freelance designer so that she could focus on the sales side of the business, and the stress of an upfront investment.
Much more than a person trying to maintain a healthy marriage and start a family should pile on their plate at once as they start their business. With taking the time to slow on down and take a  slow growth model, it will most definitely be easier to build a strong foundation and make necessary adjustments to benefit the company. Slow growth allows you for more time to spread yourself to gain more knowledge of running a business without the risk of your company collapsing under the strain of applying and providing too much at once.
