Pulp Hash
Kind of hard to feel like any dreaming is allowed with all the worry about Corona Virus blazing across the world. It really is quite unbelievable that even in this day in age we can be affected by such a plague with no answers. Times like these it may seem inappropriate to even be happy or stay lighthearted but actuality, its the best we can do for each other and ourselves.
Do not worry about what you can't control. Keep your spirits up and look out for those you are in a position to help.
One of the things that i'm seeing in this disease is that is strongly affecting the weaker and afflicted. Sometimes (like myself and all the fun autoimmune stuff i've been enjoying) we can't control how are body reacts functions, but I do know that if you fill it up with good good food and participate in planned exercise and daily physical activity everything and anything is a lot easier to handle.
A good system to not get overwhelmed and rather focus down on your goals is creating the vision is the ultimate goal accomplishing strategy! Its much like running a race. First start with the vision, which is the end goal, the finish line. Then break down your vision by establishing check points or water stations, which are smaller goals that ultimately get you to your vision. Last step is to actually create the daily and weekly goals that are the steps that get you through the entire race.
